South County Hospital NEW Women & Newborn Care Unit Tour

Event Description
Before babies begin to make their arrival when the unit welcomes patients on August 25, hospital officials are inviting the public for a tour of the Women & newborn Care Unit from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m., and meet with healthcare professionals and staff of the Center for Women’s Health. A number of the doctors, midwives, neonatal nurse practitioners, and lactation consultants will be present to answer questions. The event is free and open to the public. Each family that attends the open house/tour will receive a $25 gift card to Babies “R” Us. Local vendors who specialize in products and services tailored for expectant and new families (ie. Polka Dot Panda, Simply Natural, Create Color, etc.) will also be present as will an interior designer who can offer nursery décor tips and ideas.
